Must See: Cool Photos / Poster From ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER

As you probably know, Seth Grahame-Smith's book ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER is being adapted by Timur Bakmambetov. The studio has released some cool images and a poster.

A behind the scenes featurette has also been released BUT NOT VIEWABLE FROM ANYWHERE BUT THE US. Really smart move there. I won't embed anything I can't watch first. Studios need to smarten up and stop using geographic restriction sites like MTV and Hulu. I digress.

Here's the movie's storyline:
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter explores the secret life of our greatest President, and the untold story that shaped our nation. Visionary filmmakers Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov (director of Wanted) bring a fresh and visceral voice to the blood-thirsty lore of the vampire, imagining Lincoln as history’s greatest hunter of the undead.

This should be a cool adaptation. I haven't read the book and I don't think I will before the movie to preserve some naivety about what is going to happen - though the title is clear enough!

ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER opens June 22.
